Social Committee To Meet
The Social Committee will be meeting on Thursday, February 10th, 6:30 p.m. at Chuy's. We will be planning all the Overlook activities for 2005, including Bunko, Ladies Night Out, Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween Party, Summer Progressive, Pool Party, Christmas Progressive, and more! Everyone is welcome to come and help plan out another great year for our neighborhood!

Board Update
The Board of Directors met on Thursday, February 3rd. Congratulations to Brian Getman, our newest board member.
Officer positions were assigned as follows: Brian Getman, President; David Kennedy, Treasurer; Tom Heffron, Secretary.
The BOD discussed the need for glazing of the streets and repair of potholes. Painting the primered portion of the entry gate was discussed; action is being taken. Landscape improvement and lighting of the entrance was discussed. The BOD is looking for volunteers for the Landscape Committee. The Overlook has purchased and tested a security system for the entrance, and plans to install the system this month. The spring brush pickup was discussed. A scheduled date will be announced.
Christmas Progressive Fun for All
On December 18th, 2004, The Annual Christmas Progressive Dinner was held in The Overlook. After a last minute date change and with the help of amazing volunteer hosts, the holiday party was a huge success. Drinks and appetizers were served at the Schuppenhauer's home. Next on to the Kent's for delicious Italian entrees. The festivities ended with desserts and a gift exchange at the Kennedy's. It was a perfect time to wish Happy Holidays to neighbors and friends who you may typically only get a chance to wave to as you come and go in the neighborhood. Our thanks to the gracious hosts who opened their homes and the neighbors who prepared dishes at such a busy time of year.
