New Board Memeber Elected
Overlook Homeowners met Thursday, September 9th for the annual meeting. Treasurer David Kennedy presented the yearly financials and the 2005 budget.
Brian Getman, of Walder Trail, ran unopposed for the board position being vacated by Georg'a Walsh who, sadly, will be saying goodbye to the Overlook as she and her family move to their dream home this month.

October's Yard of the Month award goes to the Baugns. Congratulations, and thank you for your efforts to make our community beautiful.
November's Yard of the Month award will go the spookiest, creepiest yard in the neighborhood.....so dust off those pumpkins and get those chains a'rattling!!
Overlook Halloween Party Promises to be Fun Filled Event
The Overlook Halloween Party will start at 4:30 and end at 6:30, located in the Smith's driveway (631 Walder). We will have a pumpkin craft and games with prizes.
We will be having hot dogs, chips, chili, and drinks for dinner. Watch for details as Halloween approaches. Mark your calendars and plan for lots of pre-trick-or-treating fun!!!
Overlook Jams at the Back to School Pool Party

12th Back to School Party. Overlook homeowners munched on pizza and delicious
sides/desserts, while listening to the awe-inspiring tunes of
The Applesauce Brothers!
