Call for Recommendations
The Social Committee
is in the process of compiling Overlook Homeowners' recommendations for
favorite restaurants, food delivery, doctors, dentists, vets, baby-sitters,
things to do, etc. The list will be included in the welcome baskets delivered
to each new homeowner. (We'll also distribute the results to the community,
or place it on the website.)
Please send your recommendations to samkenn@swbell.net and help us welcome the new neighbors!
Progressive Bar-B-Q
Happy spring!
As June 19th quickly approaches, we are looking for some volunteers to host
courses for the
spring progressive
barbecue.
Remember, to
host you are only
supplying the venue.
Food and
drinks will be contributed
by those attending. Hosting generally involves having everyone in your home
or out in your yard for about an hour; then we progress on to the next house,
and so on. These progressive events have been a ton of fun in the past, and
with your help and participation, we're sure this one will be too. Please
let us know if you'd like to host a course at
smithstx@satx.rr.com.
