Great Fun Had at Progressive Bar-B-Q

Thanks to everyone who participated in the spring progressive barbecue; twenty-two families attended the event! A little rain couldn't dampen our spirits, and by the time we were making our first "progression", we no longer needed our umbrellas. We started with appetizers and margaritas at the Walsh's-

-then moved next door for a full menu of barbecued turkey, brisket, ribs and sausage - with all the fixins - at the Kennedy's-

The fun continued as we moved down the street to the Halberg's for dessert. It was a great opportunity to make some new friends and visit with old. And as best I know, the fish were the only ones in the pool at the end of the evening (but then again, I left early. . .). See you at the Christmas Progressive in December!
