National Night Out Big Success          

On Aug. 5th,  The Overlook celebrated National Night Out (NNO) for the first time.  More than 75 neighbors enjoyed the SAFD fire truck, a moon bounce, Krispy Kreme doughnuts and a fly-by from the SAPD Police Helicopter!  Each child that entered the safety-coloring contest received a certificate, free kids meal at Chick-fil-a and from Taco Cabana!  Face painting was a hit, as was the visit from our City Councilman Carroll Schubert.  Many tables displayed health & safety information, along with samples and giveaways. 

Thank you to all the neighbors that helped make the event a success!  Listed below are all the sponsors that so generously donated items for NNO.  Thanks to their support, this event had no expenses and therefore no HOA money was used.  

National Night Out next year will be on August 3, so mark your calendar and lets plan for an even bigger event!
