Homeowner's Meeting Draws Record Attendance

The annual Overlook Homeowner's Meeting was held Thursday, September 11th, at Hardy Oak Elementary School. Between homeowners present and proxies, we had 43homes represented! What a great turnout!

David Kennedy briefly went over the Overlook financial statements and over the curbing proposal. Lori Tomkewitz added her name to the ballot. The voting results were as follows: the curbs did not pass by the 2/3 majority that was required; Tom Heffron and Lori Tomkewitz tied for the board position. Upon further consideration, Ms. Tomkewitz, who has previously served on the board, conceeded the position to Mr. Heffon.
