National Night Out Approaches National
Night Out is Tuesday Aug. 5! At 7pm, on Tuesday the 5th, turn on your front porch lights and take a walk down to the 400 block of Texas Point. We will have a big Block Party with fun and games for all! Come out to meet your neighbors and take a bight out of crime! The better we know each other and watch out for each other, the safer our community will be! The

out your bike and helmet and learn some cool stuff from the folks at Bicycle

Get Ready to Say Aloha!
The time has come once again to forget your cares and head to the pool for the Overlook End of Summer/Back to School Luau!! This year's party will take place Sunday, August 24th, from 4-7 p.m.
Families are asked to provide a $10 reservation fee, to help cover the cost of the main course, beverages, tableware, and entertainment. A basket will be left on the Jenkins' front step (503 Texas Point) where homeowners may drop off their $10 rsvp. Each family is asked to bring one side dish, salad, or dessert, pot-luck-style. Lemonade and tea will be provided - any higher octane beverages will by BYOB.
As always, fun and prizes are always on the agenda, so come prepared with your sunscreen and you hula skirts!
